Motion Success is a commercial catering equipment company based in Hong Kong. They have 20 years of experience in designing and building high quality kitchens in the restaurant industry. Their website’s main purpose is to:
- promote their mission and services
- showcase a gallery of their past projects
- display a list of their clientele who’re well known in the area
- capture potential new clients through their website or Facebook
- switch languages between English and Traditional Chinese
I worked solo on this project where I came up with the mockup design and developed the website on one page. This website was built on a WordPress theme that I personally built and customized.

Functionality
One-Page Landing Page
The website was built on a customized WordPress theme where all the content is on one page.
The user would scroll through the site using either the fixed navigation at the top right corner or simply by using the mouse.
Image Gallery
The vast image gallery displays a 150×150 pixel thumbnail where it opens the image in a lightbox for the user to scroll through left.right.
Each image has a title above it in the lightbox.
Our Clients Slideshow
This slideshow features the logos of popular restaurants in Hong Kong that they worked on.
The slider scrolls left/right.
Language Switcher
The client serves a community that speaks English and Chinese. They wanted to reach out to both audiences to expand their job opportunities.
I implemented a language plugin that seamlessly switched between the two languages.
